Shipping
Processing on orders takes approximately 1-2 business days, Domestic shipping may take up to 3 days once the package is dropped off at the United States Postal Service. This shipping time frame does NOT apply to unforeseen circumstances which may include but are not limited to : natural disasters, pandemics, or peak holiday seasons. Shipping fees are added at the end of the checkout process. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase.
Lost Packages
Custom Beads is NOT responsible for ANY lost items. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, however you failed to receive it : you will have to take this issue up with the United States Postal Service. USPS customer service 1(800)275-8777
Wrong Address
PLEASE double check to make sure you have entered the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize that you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately. Once you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number there is nothing we can do about changing your address. If the package is returned to us we will contact you to get the correct shipping address & you will have to pay the shipping fee again.
